Dutch shipyard Amels has announced the successful delivery of the second Amels 200 Limited Editions, luxury yacht MOONSTONE.

Measuring 60m/197ft, superyacht MOONSTONE is an imposing and elegant vessel featuring exterior styling from Tim Heywood and naval architecture by Damen Yachting, with Luxury Projects responsible for the glamorous 1,015 GT interiors.

Laura Pomponi, CEO and founder of Luxury Projects, drew attention to the high quality both in the furnishings and the installation, with most of the loose furnishings and some of the lighting fixtures designed and ordered only three months before delivery of M/Y MOONSTONE to her Owners. Italian shipyard Vismara has christened the 26.2m/85.11ft sailing yacht MOMI in preparation for her launch from the facilities in Viareggio.

S/Y MOMI is constructed with a carbon composite hull and superstructure in addition to a carbon mast and boom for a 280m²/3013ft² sail that makes her ideal for competitive racing. The lifting keel reduces the draft from 4m/13ft down to 2.5m/8.2ft for access to bays and other shallow waterways, and a hydraulic swim platform is used for storing the 3m/10ft tender while cruising, and for easy access in and out of the water while at anchor.

The cockpit provides a place to rest outside and absorb the surroundings, and the welcoming interiors use oak wood and white panelling with warm-coloured furnishings in a minimalist style. A dining and lounging area awaits within, offering two L-shaped sofas that are each accompanied by a table for mealtimes and relaxing with hobbies.

The accommodation provides for up to 6 guests over 3 cabins, which include a Master suite in the bow furnished with a bed, lounging area, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The two other cabins are a bunk cabin and a double cabin with their own en-suite facilities.
