Hull of ISA 80m superyacht PROJECT FUTURE nears completion
ISA Yachts, the Italian yacht builder, has announced that the construction of 80m superyacht PROJECT FUTURE is making great progress, with her steel hull nearing completion. Her construction is taking place at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard and she is expected to be delivered in 2027.
Palumbo Superyachts are credited with her naval architecture and her exterior and interior design from Enrico Gobbi. Her accommodation is across six staterooms including: an upper deck master suite with two bathrooms vanity area and office; a VIP suite with private lounge on the main deck; four additional main deck double suites; and one twin suite on the lower deck with twin beds.
Her 2,300 GT volume offers fabulous guest spaces designed with organic round shapes, modern curves blended with handcrafted wooden features. She will also boast a fully equipped gym and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout giving unobstructed panoramic views.
She showcases a steel grey hull with darker charcoal grey details across her slender profile which features the recognisable ISA arch. The forward main deck will house a substantial infinity pool seamlessly connected to the owner’s suite via a warmly lit path.
Superyacht PROJECT FUTURE is currently the largest yacht built by ISA Yachts and will be launched in 2027.
Amels announces that the first hull in the 80 Limited Edition series is now in outfitting
The first 80m (262’4″) Amels 80 Limited Edition has been moved to the Damen Yachting facility in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, to begin outfitting. She was launched a year after her sale which was announced at last year’s Monaco Yacht Show. She is due for completion in 2025.
Speaking about this recent outfitting milestone, Damen Yachting project manager, Romke van der Linde, said: “This yacht is at the forefront of shipbuilding. We are a 100+ year old shipyard that continues to innovate and the hybrid Amels 80 is a true testament to this. The feedback from the several Amels 60 yachts that already feature our hybrid system has been more than positive.”
Exterior design is from Espen Øino with interiors from the Dutch studio Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design – the first time the two renowned designers first collaboration. Øino had this to say about this beautiful yacht, “her modern strong lines will look as good in 10 years as the day she is delivered”.
Outstanding features include a 6.5m swimming pool on the aft deck with a transparent floor allowing light onto the below beach club. The beach club opens on three sides creating a semi-enclosed waterfront lounge adjacent to the spa, sauna, gym, hammam and massage room. There is also a 200sqm sundeck where a circular jacuzzi takes pride of place and is surrounded by sun pads, a bar and dining setting.
Seven luxury staterooms can accommodate up to fourteen guests with the owners benefitting from there own apartment on deck featuring a suite, two bathrooms, private office and lounge with breakfast seating and a library.
The interior design that takes inspiration from the natural world and Paul Costerus, lead designer at Sinot said: “Materials are treated so that the natural characteristics remain as pure as possible. The style is distinctive and allows the owner to customise and add their personal style.”
The yacht boasts hybrid propulsion and precedes two other Amels 80 currently in build.
Cantiere delle Marche launch Flexplorer 146 explorer yacht MAVERICK
Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche has announced the launch of the Flexplorer 146 explorer yacht MAVERICK, the first of the three yachts of this series currently under construction. Featuring exterior design, engineering and naval architecture by Hydro Tec with interiors by Francesco Paszkowski and Margherita Casprini, Maverick has a customised layout with many unique features.
Amongst the main features of the 44,3 m (145’3”), yacht is the custom-built A-frame crane, collapsible bulwark, 22mm thick Ice belt at water line level that allows her to sail in icy waters. Furthermore, she is equipped with a 9.5m custom tender designed by Valerio Rivellini as well as a great selection of water toys that can be launched thanks to a powerful A-Frame crane.
Guests aboard will enjoy the on-deck swimming pool at transom which can transform into a storage for deck furniture when underway.
Her main deck interior is characterised by an asymmetric layout with the saloon area on starboard, leaving a passageway on the port side to allow for easy service by the crew. The interior showcases luxury combined with functionality, elegance and comfort boasting a neutral colour palette and distinctive personal style with features focusing on family lifestyle.
Huge windows flood allows for plenty of light to penetrate the interiors, creating a calm ambience that’s both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The Owner Deck, Main Deck, and Lower Deck each have their own ‘personality’, providing a one-of-a-kind experience for the guests on board.
She was built with a robust steel hull and aluminium superstructure, at 44.30m, with a beam of 8.60m, and she has a displacement of 460 tonnes at full load. Fuel tanks have a capacity of 64,436 litres and the yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar engines C32 delivering 970kW each at 1800-2100rpm, reaching a top speed of 14 knots and an excellent range of above 5,000nm at 10 knots.

60m Amels Limited Edition superyacht KHALIDAH is delivered by Damen Yachting
Damen Yachting have confirmed that 60m (196’85”) superyacht KHALIDAH has been delivered to her owners and is in port at the Amels Headquarters in Vlissingen City until her maiden voyage. The yacht features exterior design by Espen Øino International and interiors from Winch Design.
The exterior profile is characterised by her trapezoid windows and some of her key features include an expansive water’s edge beach club equipped with a sauna and steam room, a sociable sun deck housing a stunning jacuzzi, BBQ area and touch-and-go helicopter.
She can accommodate up to 12 guests across six staterooms, with additional cabins for a crew of up to 13, including the captain. In the owner’s suite a room divider has been crafted from thoughtfully selected art pieces and marine-inspired items and the lighting and music can be altered at the touch of a button. The owner’s suite is also equipped with a folding balcony, ensuite and dressing room to create a private oasis for her owner. The custom interiors blend light materials, woods and vibrant pops of colour, with artistic elements and high-tech lighting.

44m superyacht MAVERICK launched as the first CdM Flexplorer 146
Superyacht MAVERICK, the first 44.3m (146′) Flexplorer 146 from Cantiere Delle Marche, has been launched in Italy with an audience including her new owners and their family and friends, plus the shipyard team involved in her construction.
Construction began in 2020 and the yacht features naval architecture by Hydro Tec with interiors from the renowned designer Francesco Paszkowski in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. Some of the innovative features include collapsible bulwarks extending to the cockpit with deck fittings positioned lower down on the swim platform. The design transforms the entire aft deck into a vast beach terrace of over 135sqm.
Generous accommodation across all three decks is perfectly configured for families and includes two owner’s suites, one on the upper deck – adjacent to a single guest cabin – and one on the main deck. On the lower deck there are a further four ensuite staterooms.
Tenders are launched using a custom-built carbon-fibre A frame which when not in use sits flush with the deck allowing ample space below deck for a large gym, sauna and dive centre.
She is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines and boasts a range of over 5,000 nautical miles. Her launch comes a matter of days since the launch of another Flexplorer 146, luxury yacht PAZIENZ.

Second Baglietto T60 superyacht HULL 10262 keel is laid
Formal construction has begun on the second Baglietto T60 superyacht HULL 10262 with the laying of her keel. With design from Francesco Paszkowski, she comes in at 60m in length and is Baglietto’s top-of-the-range yacht.
She has soft exterior lines with contemporary design which sees a black glass stripe which incorporates the portholes creating a streamlined profile. She boasts a 60 square-metre beach terrace, which features a swimming pool, a bar and a lounge that leads directly into the main salon via an elegant staircase. The spacious sundeck offers amazing sea views and is arranged with a dining setting and sunbathing area amidships. The foredeck features a lounge area, and the huge aft deck is perfect for entertaining.
The unique interior layout includes floor-to-ceiling windows in the main saloon and the upper deck which completely open and bring in the surrounding landscape. Guests are accommodated across five staterooms with the owner’s suite located on the upper deck with an office, walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite bathroom. The additional staterooms are on the lower deck and configured as two VIPs and two guest staterooms.
Forward on the same deck are also the crew quarters, sleeping 13 crew members in seven cabins, with the cabin’s cabin on the sundeck. The entire under-lower deck houses the various technical areas including, the storage room, wine cellar, baggage compartment, and cold rooms.
Her tender garage can house two Jet Skis, a 23-foot tender and a rescue tender while twin Caterpillar 3512 engines give a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
She is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
Benetti launch Oasis 40M motor yacht KAHALA
Italian shipyard, Benetti announced the launch of its latest Oasis 40M motor yacht KAHALA. The yacht represents the 14th Benetti Oasis 40M model, boasting exterior design by RWD and interiors by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture.
Five staterooms with ensuite bathroom facilities accommodate up to ten guests in style and great comfort, while a crew of nine ensure everyone on board is well taken care of and has a relaxing time.
